Ajay is an accomplished Optometrist, Author, and Novelist with over 35 years of distinguished experience at Himalaya Optical. Beginning his professional journey as an apprentice in 1983, he has evolved through diverse roles—Retail Salesperson, Store Manager, Clinician, Coach & Trainer, and Change Leader—building a rare blend of Operational, Clinical, and Strategic Expertise.
Currently serving as Executive Director – Human Resources, Ajay also plays a pivotal role in the Organization’s Digital Transformation Journey, contributing to the digitization of end-to-end business processes and functions.
